The US Carbon Cycle Science Program Office staff participated in the 14th Annual Global Carbon Project Scientific Steering Committee (GCP-SSC) meeting in Oslo, Norway from June 22-24, 2015. Discussions included topics pertaining to the annual global carbon budget calculations and publications.  See here for more info on the GCP.
