This Privacy Policygoverns the manner in which the U. S. Carbon Cycle Science Program collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of our website.

  • As required by law. Tosend you communications required by law or which are necessary to inform you about our changes to the services we provide you. For example, updates to this Privacy Notice and other legally required notices or information. These service messages will not include any promotional content and do not require prior consent when sent by email or text message. If we did not use your personal data for these purposes, we would be unable to comply with our legal obligations.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16

WHERE WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

UCAR is located, and the site are hosted, in the United States of America. In order for us to provide the Services to you, it will be necessary for us to process and store personal data you provide to us in the United States of America, which may have different data protection laws than those of the country in which you reside.
